By using the Webify website and buying templates, you agree to the terms below.

Seller

Webify is a digital template shop run by an independent web designer. Contact: info@webifyshop.com. Payments are taken by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, and purchases are also subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms of sale.

License

When you buy a template, you buy a license to use it, not ownership of the template.

• Standard license: You may use the template in one end product (your own site or a client's site). The end product may be free for end users.
• Extended license: You may use the template in one end product that may be sold or placed on a platform that charges users.
• Under both licenses, you may not resell, redistribute or share the template itself, or a modified version of it, as a template.
• Each additional end product needs its own license.

Intellectual property

The design and code of the templates belong to Webify. Brand names, text and images in the demos are sample content; replace them with your own content in your project.

Warranty and liability

Templates are provided as shown in their live demos. Webify is not liable for results arising from using a template in your project, from third-party services or from content. In all cases, Webify's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
